Built between Portugal and New York.
TASHCA started with a craving for the kind of Portuguese food that doesn't need explaining — the everyday dishes, the pantry staples, the flavors you grow up with and carry wherever you go.
We take inspiration from home kitchens, neighborhood cafés, and the preserved foods that have always been part of Portuguese life — made to last, meant to be shared.
In our kitchen, nothing is rushed and nothing is overworked. Recipes are simple, ingredients matter, and time does the heavy lifting. Alongside our food, we create preserved goods that capture those same flavors, sealed so they can travel beyond our tables and into your everyday life.
Tashca is for people who care about where their food comes from, but don't need it dressed up. It's Portuguese at heart, New York in spirit, and built for now.
